BOOKING INFORMATION/ TERMS & CONDITIONS
HOW TO BOOK
- Telephone or email me to discuss dates of the course you require.

- Subject to availability, a verbal agreement will be held for five days.
- To secure your booking I will need to receive the completed booking form (linked below) , and a deposit of £50 per person.
- When your booking form is received, I shall send you confirmation of receipt displaying the deposit/s you have paid and the remaining balance due. The final balance is to be paid no later than four weeks before departure. Incomplete payments by this deadline may result in your place being offered to another.
- With your confirmation, I will also send you an information sheet with a tear-off slip, to be returned with your full payment and a signature to acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.
As soon as this final information and payment is received I shall contact you with the confirmed details.

Cheques should be made payable to ‘Kathryn Moore’.
(Credit card payments are not accepted.)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
It is important that you read the following information carefully before completing the booking form.
Course fees:
A fully non-refundable deposit or the total fee should accompany the booking form.
Booking Conditions:
Courses are available to 18’s and over. (Any younger age groups please discuss with me prior to booking.)
Please make all cheques payable to ‘Kathryn Moore’.
Send with your completed booking form to ’74 Monument Street, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE1 4AG.
Final payments must be received no later than four weeks before the commencement of the course. No reminder of final payment will be sent.
Less than a full deposit payment for course fees will not be accepted as a confirmed booking and may result in the place being offered to another applicant.
Booking forms must be completed to reserve a place on the course.
A receipt and confirmation will be sent, with further information, on payment of deposit.
It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to make their own travel, accommodation and eating arrangements.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made in writing to Kathryn Moore.
A non-refundable £50 deposit applies per person.
Cancellations received more than six weeks prior to the courses start date will be reimbursed for the full balance (excluding deposit).
Cancellations received less than six weeks prior to the courses start date, or failure to attend the course will result in the full fee being forfeited.
Late Bookings:
It is possible to book at short notice. For those wishing to do so you are advised to telephone to ascertain whether there are places available before sending a booking form and FULL payment.
Cancellation of Courses by Kathryn:
If, in the unlikely event, the course has to be cancelled by me, I will notify you in writing as soon as possible with the full fee refunded. If spaces remain on other courses it may be possible to transfer to an available date.
I f circumstances arise where I feel that a participant on the course is not behaving appropriately within the group then I reserve the right to terminate the course for this particular individual, without refund.
